The primary service is intercultural relations training requiring intensive participation by all attendees focusing on the language of race and cultural discussions and race related behavioral traits which include but not limited to:

Assessment of client organization for training curriculum;

Structure training suited for specific client;
Organize and facilitate dialogue forums;
Create small work groups to pursue methods toward positive relationships; and
Broker the building of positive relationships between races and cultures.

The method of training is geared to intensive participation by all attendees. The participants will be engaged in the following curriculum of study:

An overview and understanding of common terms used in discussions on race and culture, lead by a facilitator; 
An in-depth examination of behavioral traits of stereotype, prejudice, and discrimination;
Open discussions based on demonstration videos about race and culture relations;
Role play on issues of stereotypical behavior;
Small group discussions on problematic issues and suggested resolutions on racial and cultural issues;
A review of each individual’s cultural blueprint, looking for major influences in current behaviors; and
